At the end of Week 8, we’ll choose three winners based on a combination of:

Is this challenge suitable for complete beginners?
Yes. We start with fundamentals and scale intensity as you get fitter.
How many times per week will I train?
Most beginners do 3–5 sessions weekly. Your coach will set training and rest days that fit your schedule.
Do you provide a meal plan?
We provide calorie and protein targets, meal templates, grocery list, and eating-out tips. No extreme restrictions.
How do you measure progress?
Body composition & measurements, before/after photos (optional), and performance benchmarks at Week 1 and Week 8.
What should I bring?
Gloves/hand wraps (available to buy/rent), training clothes, water bottle, towel. We’ll handle the rest.
Can I join if I’m unfit or overweight?
